The Flotilla Commander provides primary leadership and supervision to the flotilla. The FC is responsible to assure that the overall Flotilla program conforms to the Coast Guard and Auxiliary Policies and procedures, as well as provide the communications link with Division elected officers.

The Flotilla Staff Officer of Public Affairs will exercise staff responsibility and supervision over all Auxiliary public affairs and public information matters within the Flotilla and keep members informed of all developments in this area
The Flotilla Staff Officer of Marine Dealer Visitors will exercise staff responsibility and supervision over all RBS-PV matters, will maintain close liaison with the Division Officer of the Marine Dealer Visitor program (SO-PV), and will coordinate and cooperate with the FSO-MT to encourage and increase the number of qualified marine dealer visitors. This officer will make and maintain close contact with marine dealers, current records of visitations, decal distribution, paln and perform workshops, member RBS-PV training, and ensure that all forms for RBS-PV are correctly completed and promptly forwarded
